Ride the Chariot

This well-known African-American spiritual is a standard in the Cambiata Press catalog. This arrangement has an optional Part IV, so it may be sung as a three-part treble piece (SSC or SSA) or a four-part mixed piece (SSCB or SACB). If you haven't sung this arrangement with your choir, give it a try -- they'll love it. There is a sister piece that is the same music and arrangement but with a non-sacred text entitled I'm Gonna Ride.
