If you are looking for a four-part arrangement that is easy to learn, you have found it.  When It's Love contains octave/unison passages and the sections are quite often repeated, so if the choir has learned the few individual sections, they have learned the entire piece.  The lyrics are appealing to early adolescent singers and the piano accompaniment it easy enough to be played by a young pianist.  The arrangement's accessibility makes learning it a breeze when rehearsal time is at a minimum.
