IRVIN COOPER MEMORIAL CHORAL SERIES Dr. Don Collins published the Dr. Irvin Cooper arrangements posthumously. Dr. Cooper spent most of a lifetime researching and writing choral music that enabled early adolescents to sing through their vocal mutation period.
