CHORAL SERIES

African-American Spirituals are favorites of almost everyone.  Nothing stirs the emotions more than a spiritual performed well.  This choral series features spirituals written in variable voicing so they all may be sung by several different kinds of choral groups.  In each of the parts, consideration is given to the range and tessitura limitations of adolescent changing voices so they are great for mid-level singers.  Conversely, the four-part pieces are just as appropriate for SSAB adult choirs.  The only real variable will be the capability of the group who sings them.
